Location: New Jersey (near Swedesboro)

With strong partnerships from farm to customer, this organization is focused on operational precision, cost efficiency, and consistent service execution. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless transportation from warehouse to end customer, directly impacting both profitability and customer satisfaction.

• 3+ years relevant experience in supply chain/logistics required; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and transportation coordination strongly desired.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $75,000 base salary 
• Annual bonus

Key Responsibilities and Goals:

• Coordinate end-to-end “final mile” delivery execution across North America
• Ensure on-time shipments while managing carrier performance and costs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation vendors
• Track freight rates and support budgeting and cost optimization efforts
• Partner with sales and operations teams on quotes, orders, and delivery timelines
• Maintain compliance with contracts, audits, and logistics standards

• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage costs and performance metrics
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) and Excel
