What You’ll Do:
As the Commissary General Manager, you will lead all aspects of our central kitchen operations, ensuring the production of high-quality, fresh food for our stores and direct-to-consumer channels. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining operational excellence, fostering a people-first culture, and supporting company growth.

  • Oversee daily food production to meet store and customer demands, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Uphold food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standards across all commissary activities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the commissary team, creating a respectful and accountable work environment
  • Collaborate with store operations to ensure seamless support for catering, to-go, and third-party delivery services
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance systems, processes, and overall performance

Qualifications You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, operations, or related field; 5+ years of leadership in high-volume food production or commissary environments
  • Proven experience managing teams, with strong coaching and development skills
  • Extensive knowledge of food safety standards, USDA/FSQA experience, and inventory management
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Hands-on leader with excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to relocate for the role
