What you’ll do:
You will lead overall plant operations and drive performance through safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing high-performing, cross-functional teams. You will have full P&L accountability and responsibility for direct leadership of department managers and oversight of the full plant workforce indirectly.
In addition:

Lead and develop teams across production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.

Oversee all plant operations to ensure efficiency, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with corporate leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategic goals and operational priorities.

Manage budgets, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and safety.
Qualifications you have:
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• You have progressive career experience in operations or manufacturing leadership in a food processing environment; including frozen, canned, or shelf-stable food products.
• You have strong leadership, operational management, safety compliance, and continuous improvement expertise.
• You do not mind working onsite in a plant environment with occasional extended hours as needed.
