SEEKING A ROLE AS: Sales Leader for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the consumer-packaged goods / food manufacturing industry

LOCATION: Currently living in Eastern Wisconsin. Open to travel. Open to onsite hybrid or remote work preferences.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
An accomplished senior sales professional with over 20 years of driving revenue growth across wholesale, retail, and eCommerce channels within the food and consumer-packaged goods industry. Known for building high-performing teams, developing strategic partnerships, and executing transformational sales strategies that lead to sustainable, profitable growth.
• 20+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and organizational leadership in the food processing and consumer-packaged goods industry segment focused on bacon, chicken, deli, and turkey products
• Expertise in strategic planning, relationship development, and channel management across wholesale, retail, and eCommerce channels
• Proven success in managing large teams, including leading a 45-member sales and marketing department through enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• Experience in managing P&L responsibilities, developing and executing growth strategies, and expanding key accounts with seven-figure revenues
• Skilled in technology transformation, including CRM, ERP, and eCommerce platform upgrades, enabling operational efficiency and expense management
• Strong leadership in organizational design, culture development, and professional development for teams

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire (Cum Laude)

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $200,000 range, dependent on responsibilities and overall compensation package, plus incentives.
