Proven success managing large teams and overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets while driving strategic initiatives in lean manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement. Known for optimizing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and elevating safety and compliance standards.

– 15+ years in food manufacturing, specializing in operations, supply chain, and process optimization.
– Core skills include Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Value Stream Mapping, – Inventory Optimization, SAP PP/MM, GMP/HACCP compliance, and cross-functional leadership.
– Managed teams of nearly 400 associates, fostering high-performance work environments.
– Led multimillion-dollar cost-saving projects, supply chain innovation, and operational transformations across complex facilities.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma from Piedmont Hills High School, San Jose, CA.

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation in the $140,000 range plus incentives, depending on responsibilities and geographic factors.
