SEEKING A ROLE AS: Quality/Safety Supervisor for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the food manufacturing / quality assurance sector.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in Chicago, IL. Open to relocation in Wisconsin, North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Ohio, and Georgia.

WORKSITE PREFERENCE: Open to onsite, hybrid, or remote work.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS: A seasoned food safety and quality professional with extensive experience in manufacturing operations, regulatory compliance, and data analysis within the food industry. Demonstrates proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams, maintaining USDA and HACCP standards, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
• Over 4 years of experience in food manufacturing, specializing in meat, packaging, and general food production segments
• Skilled in Food Safety: HACCP, GMP, Environmental Monitoring, USDA Compliance
• Proficient in Data & Analytics: Python, Excel, Data Analysis
• Experienced in Systems Management: SAP
• Managed teams of 15+ employees in high-volume environments
• Responsible for overseeing compliance programs, root cause analysis, process improvements, and audit readiness

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Kentucky; Master of Science in Agricultural & Applied Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $85,000 range plus incentives, dependent on responsibilities and location.
