What You’ll Do:
As a Sanitation Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our frozen food manufacturing facility. Your leadership will help uphold strict food safety standards and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all sanitation activities and supervising sanitation staff.
• Ensuring compliance with USDA, FDA, GMP, HACCP, and company food safety standards.
• Developing and maintaining SSOPs and the Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Verifying cleaning effectiveness through inspections and environmental monitoring.
• Leading regulatory, customer, and third-party audits.
• Training employees on sanitation procedures, chemical safety, PPE, and food safety protocols.
• Collaborating with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to maintain an audit-ready facility.

Qualifications You Have:

• 3+ years of sanitation leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably frozen foods.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, USDA/FDA regulations, and sanitation chemicals.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (But not necessary)
