SEEKING A ROLE AS: Senior Manager or Director in manufacturing, supply chain, commercial leadership, business development, customer strategy, or general management within food, beverage, consumer products, or adjacent industries

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
An experienced manufacturing and operations leader with a strong background in the food & beverage industry, particularly in supply chain, commercial strategy, and process improvement. They bring over 10 years of progressive leadership and operational expertise, including managing large teams, executing capital projects to support business growth, and building trusted customer relationships. Their strengths include strategic planning, production and supply chain management, customer and stakeholder engagement, cross functional leadership, process improvement, and profitable growth.
• 10+ years of experience in food manufacturing and supply chain management
• Category skills: Operations strategy, supply chain management, business development, strategic planning, process improvement, team leadership, and capital project execution
• Managed teams of over 50 employees while building alignment across customers, commercial teams, operations, quality, research and development, finance, and supply chain
• Responsible for supporting revenue growth through operational efficiency and capacity expansion
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Industry Management
Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS / ASCM
COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation in the $200,000 range plus incentives, depending on responsibilities and location considerations.
