SEEKING A ROLE AS: Plant/Facility or Maintenance Manager

IN LOCATION: Based in Greater Los Angeles, CA. Open to relocating anywhere in the U.S. and available immediately.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– Directed maintenance and engineering operations across beverage and food production facilities, ensuring equipment reliability, uptime, and cost-effective operations.
– Built and led high-performing teams, mentoring staff in maintenance, engineering, and production processes.
– Improved plant KPIs and uptime through implementation of TPM, Lean Maintenance, 6 Sigma, and preventive maintenance programs.
– Managed multimillion-dollar budgets and capital projects, optimizing cost while maintaining reliability and compliance.
– Oversaw installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of advanced machinery including PET blow-molding, can lines, packaging, ovens, and robotics systems.
– Led multi-site projects including new facility build-outs, equipment upgrades, and process optimization initiatives.
– Ensured compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards while maintaining optimal production throughput.
– Hands-on technical expertise with PLCs, automation, robotics, and other specialized manufacturing equipment.

EDUCATION:
– Master’s Degree, Business Administration
– Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering

COMPENSATION:
Target total compensation $125,000–$145,000 depending on cost of living and performance incentives.
