SEEKING A ROLE AS: Maintenance Manager for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the food manufacturing and processing industry.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in GA. Willing to relocate. The worksite preference is open, indicating flexibility for onsite, hybrid, or remote work.

This candidate is a hands-on maintenance and operations leader with over 20 years of experience in industrial and manufacturing environments, including food processing. He has a proven track record of enhancing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and leading high-performance teams. His background includes extensive work in CMMS implementation, safety leadership, multi-million-dollar maintenance budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives. His technical expertise spans mechanical systems, welding, fabrication, electrical troubleshooting, and millwright work, making him a well-rounded candidate for a leadership role in maintenance within food manufacturing settings.

• Over two decades of experience in maintenance and operations, specializing in food processing and manufacturing environments
• Skilled in team development, workforce training, and safety culture cultivation
• Managed maintenance budgets ranging from $2M to $6M annually, with significant cost controls and process improvements
• Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance (TPM), root cause analysis, and CMMS optimization
• Successfully led system improvements that doubled plant throughput and increased equipment lifespan
• Classically trained in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, fabrication, welding, and millwright services

EDUCATION: High School with some college level education

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on responsibilities and location, likely in the $135,000 range plus incentives.
