Regional Sales Manager Candidate

SEEKING A ROLE AS: Regional sales manager for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the food and beverage sector.

IN LOCATION: Celina, TX. Currently living in Celina, TX. Not willing to relocate. Open to Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote work based on the role and company policies.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
Results-driven sales leader with more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage equipment industry, specializing in food dispensing and beverage machinery. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing national and regional accounts, and building strategic partnerships across hospitality, retail, and entertainment markets. Proven ability to increase market share through effective sales strategy, team collaboration, and client relationship management.
• Over 20 years of industry experience, including foodservice equipment and beverage dispensing sectors
• Category skills: sales strategy, key account management, channel development, contract negotiations, technical sales presentations
• Managed teams of direct reports
• Responsible for generating over $20 million in annual revenue growth through strategic account expansion, product rollouts, and channel optimization

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $110,000 range plus incentives, aligned with responsibilities and incentives.
