What You’ll Do:
As a Controller or Director of Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and leading critical financial processes. Your expertise will support the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence.

• Lead and coordinate the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee the management of the general ledger and chart of accounts
• Supervise and train accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team environment
• Manage quarterly compliance reporting to banks and other stakeholders
• Lead and oversee the annual audit process, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 10+ years of accounting experience, with leadership in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and audit management
• Proven ability to supervise and develop accounting teams
• Experience with general ledger management and month-end close processes
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
