Overview:
Our client, a leader in the Refrigerated Foods industry, specializes in producing healthy, clean-label, better-for-you food products made from fresh produce ingredients. As a rapidly growing, publicly-traded company in Canada with $30-35 million in annual sales, they are committed to being the premier manufacturer of Better For You Food in the US. They are seeking an experienced Supply Chain leader to oversee all aspects of their end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely production, shipping, and delivery while supporting continued growth and quality standards.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $150,000.00 – $185,000.00
- Bonus Package: Not specified

Key Responsibilities and Goals:
- Own end-to-end supply chain execution across multiple manufacturing sites, balancing local needs with enterprise-wide scale and consistency.
- Lead demand planning and S&OP processes, aligning customer demand with production capacity, inventory targets, and financial plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, Finance, and Sales to develop and execute supply chain strategies.
- Oversee ingredient and packaging sourcing, supplier performance management, and cost optimization.
- Manage procurement, production planning, inventory, and logistics execution, including warehousing, external 3PL partners, and last-mile delivery.
- Track, analyze, and improve KPIs such as OTIF, COGS, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy to ensure continuous improvement.
Competencies Needed For Success:
- 8–12+ years of supply chain experience with at least 5+ years in food manufacturing.
- Proven experience managing multi-site supply chain operations.
- Strong ERP/MRP system expertise.
- Familiarity with SQF and GFSI standards and supplier compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
