Maintenance Manager

Kinsa is recruiting for a:  Maintenance Manager / Snacks       
                                   
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

This is an opportunity to lead and strengthen maintenance operations within a growing Food Manufacturing organization focused on operational excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement. The Maintenance Manager will play a highly visible role driving plant performance, reducing downtime, and building scalable maintenance systems that support long-term growth and efficiency.

• MUST HAVE 5+ years of Maintenance Leadership experience in a food processing plant environment

What you will do:

• Lead all maintenance department operations including preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, scheduling, staffing, and equipment reliability initiatives to minimize downtime.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, capital projects, spare parts inventory strategies, and maintenance-related KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reliability, maintenance cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Safety, and Engineering teams to coordinate maintenance activities and support plant performance goals.
• Lead maintenance team development including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of maintenance staff and skilled trades personnel.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, HACCP, food safety, and regulatory standards while promoting a strong culture of safety and accountability.

What you will bring:                                                                                 

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience within food manufacturing environments, including supervision of maintenance teams and plant systems.
• Strong experience with preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, reliability programs, and capital project management.
• Experience within food manufacturing, packaging, or highly regulated production environments.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, ERP platforms, maintenance KPIs, and equipment reliability methodologies.
• Experience with HACCP, GMPs, OSHA compliance, and food safety standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
