What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Manager, CPG, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within the private label and branded food channels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence strategic sales initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supporting sales processes, including preparing sales pitches and analytics.
- Coordinating with broker networks to align sales strategies and track outcomes.
- Developing compelling, visually impactful sales presentations for retail partners.
- Analyzing sales data using Excel and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborating with marketing, forecasting, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
Qualifications You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience selling to national retail grocery chains
- Experience selling shelf stable items and/or refrigerated protein products
- Proficiency with Nielsen and/or IRI data platforms.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
