Location: Detroit, MI

A rapidly growing beverage manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead its flagship Midwest facility. This operation is a critical part of the company’s long-term growth strategy and is positioned to become its largest production site. The organization operates with an entrepreneurial mindset, values speed and accountability, and is investing heavily in future expansion. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a high-visibility operation and directly influence the future success of the business.

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience required, including significant beverage manufacturing experience and expertise in high-speed filling/packaging operations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $160,000-$175,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities and Goals:

• Lead all daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, safety, and logistics
• Scale the facility from a single-shift operation into a larger multi-shift manufacturing site
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost management
• Develop supervisors, managers, and frontline employees while building a strong plant culture
• Lead capital improvement projects and facility expansion efforts
• Establish accountability, performance metrics, and operational discipline across the operation

Competencies Needed for Success:

• Strong beverage manufacturing and high-speed packaging experience
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the production floor
• Ability to lead effectively in a non-union manufacturing environment
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial growth company
• Strong technical and operational problem-solving capabilities
• Proven ability to build teams, develop talent, and drive accountability
