Kinsa is recruiting for a: Quality Manager (Food Ingredients)
Location: On-site position based in the Hartford, WI area.

Our client is a thriving Food Ingredients company seeking a Quality Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Compensation/Benefits:                                                            

• $85,000 – $120,000 compensation range
• 10% bonus potential

Competencies Needed for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–3 years’ experience in a quality leadership role within Food manufacturing
• 7+ years’ experience working in GFSI-certified facilities
• Expertise in FDA Preventive Controls, HACCP, GMPs, and SQF standards
• Current certifications such as HACCP, PCQI, and SQF Practitioner preferred
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities

Nice to Have Skills

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience with process improvement initiatives and cost savings projects
• Knowledge in developing and delivering food safety and quality training programs

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Technology, Microbiology, or related discipline
• At least 7 years of industry experience in a similar GFSI-certified environment
• Prior experience leading internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory inspections
