Regional Sales Manager – West, C-Stores

Kinsa is recruiting for a: Regional Sales Manager / C-Stores
Location: Remote but needs to be in the West

Mission:
Our client, a producer of premium baked good products, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to add to their team. In this role you will drive new account acquisitions, develop retailer relationships, manage broker and distribution networks, and ensure strong in-store execution during early-stage expansion.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Revenue & Distribution Growth: Expand customer base and increase penetration within existing accounts to drive profitable growth
• Sales Execution: Deliver against pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies to improve sales performance.
• In-Store Presence: Ensure products are consistently visible, properly merchandised, and positioned for impulse purchase
• Distributor & Broker Effectiveness: Manage broker partners to execute against company sales strategies and priorities, and hold them accountable for results
• Market Intelligence & Responsiveness: Gather and apply field insights to inform decision-making, strategies and performance
• Values-Based Leadership: Demonstrate values of Integrity, Respect, Commitment, and Teamwork in all business activities

Competencies/Culture:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
• 7+ years of c-store sales experience in the western region
• Experience selling into c-store channel – bakery, deli, snack food categories 
• Experience selling branded bakery items
• Experience managing a broker network and distribution
• Experience with in-store bakery or deli
