Accounting & Finance SVP/CFO Candidate

SEEKING A ROLE AS: SVP or CFO in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company, ideally PE-backed, family-owned, or one undergoing a turnaround, strategic M&A, or operational transformation.

IN LOCATION: Salt Lake City. Open to relocation & travel.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 18 years of global accounting experience & finance, including
– M&A, turnarounds, complex system implementations (e.g., ERPs)
– 12+ years of managing teams of up to 40.
– Joined a company at $15M revenue and grew the business to $120M+ within 9 years through strategic FP&A, cost control, and efficient inventory systems.
– Frequent blood donor and passionate about raising funds for starving children in India.

EDUCATION: CMA from the Institute of Management Accountants

COMPENSATION $185-225k depending on the company, the location and incentives
