SEEKING A ROLE AS: Production Supervisor/Manager for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the Food Manufacturing / Food Processing.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in the Houston, TX area. Candidate is not open to relocation. Worksite preference is Open, with flexibility for Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote work.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
This candidate is a results-driven manufacturing professional with extensive experience in operations management, KPI monitoring, and P&L oversight within the food processing industry. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to optimize production lines, enforce food safety and USDA compliance, and lead high-performance teams toward operational excellence. He is especially skilled in implementing lean manufacturing practices, managing inventory, and maintaining rigorous quality standards.

• Over 10 years of experience in food manufacturing, including high-volume production of eggs, produce, and other perishable goods
• Skilled in supervising and training teams, with a history of managing both direct reports and cross-functional departments
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing downtime, and increasing throughput by up to 35%
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, USDA regulations, and OSHA safety standards
• Experienced in managing P&L responsibilities, raw material procurement, and logistics
• Classically trained in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Green Belt (in progress), and HACCP compliance

EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering & Communications Technology. Additional certifications in Lean Manufacturing and Lean. Currently progressing towards HACCP certification and Six Sigma Green Belt.

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation dependent on responsibilities and geographic considerations but likely in the $97,000 range, plus incentives.
