PE-savvy and enterprise-ready, consistently installs operating cadence, KPI dashboards, and cash discipline that improve EBITDA within months—while strengthening controls, safety, and customer experience. LOCATION: Currently based in Jamestown, RI. Not open to relocation, but open to travel up to 40%.

– Holds an MBA and is classically trained in Lean Six Sigma.

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectations are dependent on the scope and responsibilities of the role, with a likely range starting at $250,000+, plus incentives.
