– Managed and built teams of 5 to 80 direct reports with oversight of multiple facilities
– Strong acumen for product commercialization and launch into retail and food service channels with strong broker networks for different sales channels

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on responsibilities but likely in the $180,000 range plus incentives
