IN LOCATION: Currently living in Miami, FL and open to relocation and travel.

Operations and culinary executive with over 20 years of experience leading food production, hospitality, and multi-site operational environments. Daniel brings a strong background in operational leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination, having overseen budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and team performance within a $100MM+ operation. – Experience implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency, reporting visibility, and operational consistency
– Strong background in regulatory compliance, vendor management, and operational planning

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $175,000–$225,000 range plus incentives.
