SEEKING A ROLE AS: Chief Supply Chain Officer or VP of Supply Chain with a mid-sized or growth-stage food & beverage company serving retail, foodservice, and D2C customers.

PROFILE: Experienced, people-first Supply Chain leader with a 25-year track record of helping food and beverage companies scale efficiently and profitably. Known for building strong, collaborative teams and creating structure that actually helps people do their jobs better and not just adding process for process’s sake. Brings a mix of strategic vision and hands-on experience across planning, logistics, procurement, and customer service, and has led organizations from scrappy start-ups under $5M to billion-dollar global operations.

IN LOCATION: Currently based in Denver, CO area — not open to relocation but can travel up to 75%.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
• 25+ years in food and beverage supply chain leadership
• Deep expertise in S&OP, co-manufacturing, customer service, procurement, logistics, and warehousing
• Managed teams of up to 70 people and led portfolios exceeding $1B in annual revenue
• Implemented full S&OP systems, improved visibility, and drove measurable COGS and EBITDA gains
• Classically trained in supply chain leadership and business management

EDUCATION:
MBA, University of Colorado – Colorado Springs
BS in Management, Park University, Parkville, MO

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities, but likely in the $250K – $325K range plus incentives.
