CMO/Director level Marketing Candidate

SEEKING A ROLE AS: This candidate is looking for opportunities as a CMO or VP/Director level opportunities.

PROFILE: C-suite visionary business leader with 15+ years of experience in building multi-billion-dollar brands managing P&L and large budgets.

IN LOCATION: Currently residing in Virginia and is open to relocation to multiple areas in the United States.

SKILLS:
– Has about 15 years of progressive marketing experience in food processing
– Has an excellent leadership background with up to 50 people on her team
– The majority of her experience is in foodservice and retail grocery channels but has experience in other channels as well
– Has experience with coffee items, frozen products, hydration, bakery, deli, and toppings
– Has experience with strategic brand planning P&L management

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Science, an MBA, and a PhD in Marketing Strategy

COMPENSATION: This candidate is targeting 200k on the base compensation, bonus opportunity, benefits, relocation
