SEEKING A ROLE AS: Continuous Improvement manager for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the food manufacturing sector.

LOCATION: Currently living in Southeastern Wisconsin. Open to relocation in Utah or Colorado. Open to onsite, hybrid, or remote work.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
Experienced manufacturing leader, PMP, and Six Sigma Black Belt, with over 11 years of driving operational excellence in FDA-regulated food manufacturing environments. Proven track record delivering multimillion-dollar savings through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and data-driven process improvements. Skilled in HACCP-based food safety systems, KPI deployment, and leading cross-functional teams to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• 11+ years of industry experience in food manufacturing and process improvement
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis
• Managed cross-functional teams and spearheaded high-impact cost-out initiatives
• Led projects generating over $4 million in verified annual savings and capacity improvements
• Strong background in food safety compliance, process validation, and regulatory audits

EDUCATION:
Master of Science in Engineering
Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, Minor in Chemistry

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation in the $110,000 range plus incentives, dependent on responsibilities and regional cost of living.
