PROFILE: 25+ years of diverse culinary and product development experience.
Experience at a variety of Michelin rated restaurants. Most recently, headed up product development for a well-known meat al; alternative manufacturer.
IN LOCATION: Oakland, CA. Open to relocation, ideally west coast, and travel.
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 25 years in progressive culinary and product development roles
– Experience with all foods, most recently frozen meat-alternative meals.
– Managed teams of up to 10 direct reports/titles
– Trained in culinary and business
EDUCATION: BS in Business from Baltimore International College
COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely $200k
