SEEKING A ROLE AS: This candidate is seeking Director or VP level opportunities in a small or mid-sized food processing environment.

IN LOCATION: Currently resides in South Carolina and is open to relocation to multiple locations.

SKILLS:
– 19 years of CI leadership experience in a food/beverage processing environment
– Has experience working with logistics, maintenance, production operations, quality, sanitation
– Has experience managing process improvement engineers, regional engineers and CI professionals
– Has experience providing CI expertise to companies with 45 facilities
– Has Excellent experience in CI and Lean principals

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree level, Six Sigma Black Belt Certified, Project Management Certified, HACCP Certified, PCQI Certified, BPCS Certified, ADDIE Certified, Lean Certified

COMPENSATION: This candidate is targeting the 185k base compensation level, bonus opportunity, benefits, relocation
