• Operations Management & Leadership: Managed multiple facilities, overseeing teams of managers and supervisors, with a focus on employee safety, food safety, and policy compliance. Led efforts to reduce incidents and enhance workplace safety, achieving a 90% reduction in near misses and incidents.
• Process Improvement & Cost Reduction: Successfully led continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, reducing maintenance costs by 40%, decreasing overtime by 40%, and lowering packaging costs by 11%.
