A globally experienced Operations Executive with 20+ years of leadership across beverage production, brewery operations, specialty food & beverage, and chemical manufacturing environments. Proven track record of leading manufacturing turnarounds, launching greenfield sites, stabilizing distressed operations, and scaling production across the U.S., Canada, and Asia. Known for aligning plant performance with EBITDA growth, regulatory compliance, and long-term business strategy. Brings deep expertise in supply chain optimization, capital projects, ERP implementation, and team development across union and non-union facilities.
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 20+ years of manufacturing leadership across beverage, brewery, specialty food, and chemical production facilities ranging from $8MM to $400MM in scale.
– Led multiple greenfield site launches from design/build through commissioning, staffing, SOP development, and commercial launch.
– Achieved EBITDA-positive performance within 16 months in startup environment through cost optimization and margin discipline.
– Built global supply chains spanning 3+ continents, reducing lead times up to 42% and cutting COGS by 18%.
– Reduced operating losses by $42K/month in turnaround environment via headcount restructuring, margin reset, and inventory control.

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $165,000 – $185,000 range depending on total compensation package, cost of living, and scope of responsibility.
