Key skills include:
• Industry experience: 19+ years in beverage and food industry segments, with a strong emphasis on portfolio management, market expansion, and product launches.
• Category skills: Strategic planning, brand development, category management, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• Management experience: Managed teams of up to 10 sales, marketing, and planning professionals, with responsibilities for multi-million-dollar revenue portfolios.
• Responsibilities: Led national and regional account development, drove $9M+ annual revenue through distributor networks, and executed impactful go-to-market strategies.

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Business in Administration

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation around $130,000, plus incentives, dependent on responsibilities and geographic considerations.
