SEEKING A ROLE AS: Director of Sales/National Account Manager

IN LOCATION: Currently in Philadelphia, PA area, not open to relocating

SKILLS AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
– Cross-functional collaboration by working closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, pricing and finance teams to ensure cohesive strategies and optimal implementation of customer solutions.
– Led contract negotiations and growth programs with clients to optimize financial outcome.
– Proactively monitored industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement
– Developed and managed sales team and broker network, building a strategic plan deliver double digit growth
– Lead innovation and private label development with culinary for clients from farm to fork

EDUCATION: BA in Business Communication, Masters in progress

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on responsibilities but likely in the $175K range plus incentives
