IN LOCATION: Based in Greater Tampa, FL area. Open to remote opportunities or hybrid roles in and around Tampa.
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in the CPG, Beverage, and Adult Beverage industries.
– Currently managing over $50M in annual sales revenue with responsibility for national retail accounts and distributor partnerships.
– Oversaw statewide operations managing +$70M in revenue and over 155K cases with multiple direct and indirect reports.
– Delivered +40% portfolio growth in national account sales through new item innovation, expanded distribution, and promotional programming.
– Experienced in leading teams of direct reports, distributor specialists, and account managers while achieving consistent KPI and sales targets.
– Skilled at P&L management, contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and category management across key retail and wholesale accounts.
– Recognized multiple times for exceeding sales goals, achieving Circle of Excellence performance, and delivering market-leading growth.
– Fluent in Italian.
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science and Master Sommelier Certification
COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $140,000–$160,000 range plus performance incentives.
