IN LOCATION: Currently living in Minnesota. While not open to relocation, the candidate is fully able to travel and commute as needed within a 5 hour radius.

This candidate is a highly motivated and organized professional with 30 years of extensive experience in logistics, planning, procurement, distribution, sales, and purchasing within the food industry, specifically focusing on poultry and protein products such as pork and turkey. Known for impactful leadership, he consistently drives teams to improve sales, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiencies. His proven track record includes leading multifaceted teams to success in a Fortune 500 environment, restructuring supply chain processes, expanding supplier bases, and managing large-scale procurement budgets with significant cost savings.

• More than 30 years of procurement and operations experience within the broader food manufacturing and protein sector.
• Oversaw large-scale sourcing volumes across multiple protein categories, managing annual spend in the high nine-figure range.
• Skilled in supply chain restructuring, cost containment, and supplier development, resulting in a 10% reduction in costs and a 16% increase in sales.
• Experienced team leader with responsibility for managers and specialists, emphasizing retention, coaching, and professional growth.
