SEEKING A ROLE AS: President, Division President or CEO of a small to mid-sized food processor or Chief Commercial/Revenue/Marketing Officer of a larger food organization. Experienced in Dairy, Meat and Seafood categories with customers in retail and foodservice.
IN LOCATION: Currently living in Boise, Idaho — open to local opportunities, remote, or relocation.
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 20 years of experience in the CPG food industry, including marketing, sales and category management in meat, seafood and dairy products.
– C-Suite leadership includes transforming a $3B regional dairy company’s consumer product division into a high-performing, consumer-oriented, brand-driven, CPG organization. With full P&L accountability, scaled brand nationally and internationally to enhance profitability and growth.
– Managed teams of 125+ with direct reports/titles of SVP/VP Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
– Responsible for product portfolios of $1B revenue.
– Classically trained in Brand Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, and Sales Leadership.
EDUCATION: MBA from University of Wisconsin
COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $300,000+ range plus short and long term-incentives, equity, etc.
