Dynamic Operations Sr. Leader Candidate

SEEKING A ROLE AS: Vice President for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in NY. Would prefer not to relocate or stay within state location. Open to Remote, Hybrid Onsite/Remote, or Onsite work settings.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
This candidate is a highly experienced Senior Quality, Food Safety & Regulatory and plant operations leader with over 20 years of expertise in the food and beverage CPG industry. The candidate’s background includes managing complex QFS&R programs across multiple manufacturing environments, overseeing compliance with FDA, FSMA, CFIA, GFSI, and customer regulations. This candidate demonstrates a proven ability to rebuild systems, scale programs during growth phases, and protect brand integrity while supporting innovation. The candidate’s leadership qualities and strategic insight makes their skills an asset to any organization seeking to strengthen food safety and regulatory compliance.
• 20+ years of experience in food and beverage manufacturing, including beverage and processed food segments
• Expertise in QFS&R leadership and strategy, supplier assurance, and co-manufacturer governance
• Managed teams of cross-functional professionals, overseeing quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory compliance for multi-site operations
• Responsibility for P&L management within manufacturing networks and $100M+ portfolios
• Classically trained in regulatory oversight, certifications, and compliance standards, including GFSI, HACCP, SQF, and Organic certifications

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Environmental

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $210-240k range, with incentives, depending on responsibilities and geographic considerations.
