SEEKING A ROLE AS: Director or Vice President of EHS, Head of Safety, in a food processing company

IN LOCATION: Southeast Wisconsin (from Madison to Milwaukee) or into Northern Illinois

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENETS:
– Manage EHS and facility training programs for 200+ employees designed to achieve company and OSHA requirements
– Ensure ESH&F risks and hazards are identified, assessed and appropriate plans are implemented
– Implement job safety/hazard analysis (JSA) to facilitate the identification of risk and adoption of best mitigation methods, procedures and equipment
– Negotiate maintenance and other supplier contracts to maintain fully functional operations and cost-effectiveness

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Occupational & Environmental Safety and Health

COMPENSATION: $120,000 + bonus
