Expertise encompasses risk assessment, regulatory compliance, microbiology, sanitation, equipment validation, and HACCP program implementation.

Strong record of leading supplier assessments and ensuring FDA and USDA compliance across various food categories.

Known for translating technical requirements into practical solutions,

Excels in fostering cross-functional collaboration and delivering customized, business-aligned strategies to safeguard consumers and enhance operational success.

Key skills include:
• Over 20 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance, including microbiology, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Expertise in risk assessment, food microbiology, and pathogen risk evaluation.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.
• Experience in conducting validation studies, process verification, and shelf-life assessments.
• Strong background in supplier assessments, food safety investigations, and corrective actions.
• Certified in Food Safety (CP-FS, NEHA), HACCP, and PCQI.

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Minnesota

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation around $175,000, dependent on responsibilities and cost of living, plus incentives.
