Proven leadership in implementing food safety systems, managing cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency and operational efficiency.
•10+ years of industry experience in food safety, quality assurance, and compliance
•Expertise in HACCP, GMP, FSMA, and GFSI standards
•Skilled in developing and standardizing quality systems across multiple facilities
•Managed teams of quality and food safety professionals
•Oversaw capital projects, including equipment upgrades and process improvements, with budgets exceeding $1M
•Successfully led regulatory audits and improved audit scores by 20%+

EDUCATION:
Masters of Science in Food Safety from Michigan State University.

COMPENSATION: Expected base salary in the $140,000-170,000 range plus incentives, depending on responsibilities and location.
