Possessing over 20 years of extensive experience in sanitation management within the food processing industry, including leadership roles in sanitary operations and pest control. Proven ability to oversee sanitation processes, manage teams, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

– Over 20 years of experience in sanitation and pest control within the food manufacturing sector
– Expertise in sanitation procedures, pest management, and regulatory compliance
– Track record of leading sanitation teams with direct reports
– Responsible for managing sanitation budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management from the University of Phoenix-Central Valley Campus

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $150,000 range, plus incentives, dependent on responsibilities and cost of living.
