SEEKING A ROLE AS: R&D Leader for a Small to Mid-Size Food Manufacturing Company

IN LOCATION: Tampa, FL. Open to relocation. Preferably East Coast or Midwest. Flexible about travel.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 25+ years of experience in production, project management, R&D, and leadership.
– Extensive full life-cycle R&D expertise, from concept to commercialization.
– Proven ability in prototyping, scale-up, and market launch.
– Strong commercialization skills, ensuring seamless transition from development to successful product rollout.
– 15+ years of leadership experience, managing teams of up to six direct reports. Passionate about coaching and mentoring.
– International experience, having lived in five countries and fluent in three languages.

EDUCATION: MS

COMPENSATION: $135-165k dependent on location, opportunity & incentives
