Logistics Manager Candidate

SEEKING A ROLE AS: Logistics Manager/Director for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the Food Industry / Manufacturing.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in , GA. Not willing to relocate. Open to Onsite, Hybrid or Remote work based on the candidate’s preference.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
This candidate is an accomplished logistics and supply chain professional with extensive experience in the food processing and manufacturing sectors. With over 17 years in supply chain management, he has demonstrated a strong ability to oversee transportation operations, optimize logistics networks, and lead cross-functional teams. His expertise spans transportation management, warehouse operations, process improvement, and strategic planning.
• Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, and ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, SAP EWM, SAP APO, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics GP, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, Crusade, and more)
• Managed teams of up to 10 direct reports, including transportation and warehouse staff
• Responsible for managing multimillion-dollar logistics budgets, carrier negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives
• Classically trained in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management, and Business Operations

EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science in Resource & Technology Management. Master of Science in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.. Additionally, he holds a Master’s of Science in Engineering Management.

COMPENSATION:
Base salary expectation dependent on responsibilities and cost of living but likely in the $150,000 to 200,000 range plus incentives.
