Operations and Production Manager Candidate

SEEKING A ROLE AS: Operations or Production Manager for a small or mid-sized food processing company that can take advantage of his coffee production, quality and fulfillment experience.

IN LOCATION: Currently living in the Tampa, FL metro area. Candidate is not willing to relocate outside of the Tampa to Sarasota, Florida corridor.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
A dedicated operations and production leader with 8 years of experience in coffee manufacturing environment. He has a strong track record of streamlining processes, reducing fulfillment times, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

-Core skills include production scheduling, workflow optimization, quality control, inventory management, and process improvement.
-Proven ability to reduce order fulfillment times from two weeks to just 1.7 days through innovative scheduling and production coordination, achieved as part of a collaborative team effort.
-Skilled in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
-Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines.
-Has managed inventory effectively to maintain product freshness and availability, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
-Led teams and trained staff on operational procedures, enhancing overall team performance.

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Florida Gulf Coast University.

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $90-120,000 range, aligned with responsibilities of the role and cost of living, plus bonus/incentives.
