IN LOCATION: Currently living in Fort Lee, NJ. Open to relocation. Worksite preference: Open

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS: A licensed cannabis operator and biochemist with 10 years running a processing, manufacturing, and distribution company, this candidate combines formulation and R&D depth with hands-on operating leadership. He builds products and production systems that perform consistently across internal facilities, co-manufacturers, and licensees. His experience includes bioavailability, delivery of poorly water-soluble actives, proprietary biomass-based solventless processing, and transferring formulations into repeatable commercial production. He has launched 30+ products with no failed launches, operated across six states, and achieved a 70% peak margin.

• 10+ years in cannabis manufacturing and operations, with extensive experience in product development, co-manufacturing, and licensing
• Expertise in managing large production networks, quality control, and supply chain management
• Developed proprietary cannabinoid and hops beverage emulsion technology now in commercial scale-up; validated one process on an existing canning line at under one cent per can with no SOP changes or new capital, while addressing physical stability, active-ingredient uniformity, and repeatable commercial production. Invented an emulsion platform that reduced bench discovery from 4–12 weeks to five days.
• Develops resilient supply chains through specifications and second sources, and manages co-manufacturers and licenses through SLAs, operating guardrails, and quality gates that protect brand consistency
• Managed a ten-person team and a 5,000-square-foot licensed operation while overseeing licensing, facility buildout, procurement, production, quality, compliance, seed-to-sale systems, wholesale accounts, distribution, and the P&L
• Experience handling revenue streams of several million dollars and maintaining high margin profiles

EDUCATION: B.S. in Biology from Boston College, with a focus on biochemistry, data, and statistics

COMPENSATION: Base salary expected in the $130,000 – $150,000 range plus incentives, dependent on responsibilities and geographic considerations.
