IN LOCATION: Based in Greater Des Moines, IA. Open to relocation to Northern IL or Southern WI.

• Plant Operations & Start-up Manager for $139M expansion, leading operational planning, FAT proofs, and implementation during start-up.
• Identified and implemented capacity modifications that added 13M lbs annually to a national network segment.
• Director of Operations for Midwest national expansion, managing $2.2M P&L and facility start-up.
• Production Manager overseeing 58M+ lbs annual production of shelf-stable products across 200+ SKUs.
• Negotiated multiple successful union agreements while driving cultural change and improved labor relations.
• Implemented Behavioral Based Safety programs, reducing risk and building safety-first cultures.
• Project savings of $1.2M through waste reduction, pre-weighed manufacturing changes, and efficiency improvements.
• U.S. Army Officer with leadership experience managing large numbers of soldiers and $3M in assets; Secret Security Clearance.
