SEEKING A ROLE AS: operations & transformation leader for a small or mid-sized food processing company in the food manufacturing sector.
IN LOCATION: currently living in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Not open to relocation.
SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS: Operations and Transformation Executive with 30+ years of leadership across manufacturing, including food operations, with a strong track record of modernizing plants through ERP, automation, lean, and data-driven performance management.
• 30+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including food processing (plant superintendent experience in food manufacturing)
• operations leadership across multi-site environments, including enterprise ERP rollouts (8 locations) and inventory digitization (13 facilities)
• lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and productivity gains, including a 600% throughput increase through automation redesign
• cost and efficiency impact, delivering $957k in annual operational savings through process optimization and automation
• safety and compliance focus, reducing TRIR from 6.7 to 3.7 through targeted safety initiatives
• team leadership experience, including managing multi-site coatings and finishing operations with 60+ employees
• supply chain and inventory excellence, implementing barcode scanning, mobile tracking, dashboards, and real-time inventory visibility
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Project Management, Villanova University.
COMPENSATION: base salary expectation dependent on cost of living and responsibilities but likely in the $175,000 range plus incentives.
