IN LOCATION: Currently resides in Wisconsin and is open to an hour commute.

– Accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in the Dairy/Cheese industry
– 10+ years in senior leadership roles
– Has experience with production operations, packaging, supply chain, quality, etc.
– Has experience with small to midsized plant operations
– Continuous Improvement
– Experienced with project management

EDUCATION: Master’s degree in Leadership & Organizational Development and BS in Human Resources
COMPENSATION: Targeting 175k on the base with additional bonus opportunity, relocation assistance
