Plant Manager or Operations Manager for a food (or CPG) manufacturing company.

He has built a career leading operational turnarounds, improving efficiency, reducing costs, strengthening food safety cultures, and developing high-performing teams. Known for his visible leadership style and ability to build accountability, Shawn thrives in environments where he can drive measurable operational improvements while developing people and strengthening plant performance.
– 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume bakery and food manufacturing, including snack foods and dairy products.
– Extensive experience leading multi-shift operations, production optimization, food safety, quality systems, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
– Successfully led operations within facilities supporting up to 650 employees, with responsibility for production performance, labor management, KPI improvement, and operational execution.
– Reduced raw material losses by approximately $250,000 per month, improved line efficiency by 28%, and developed initiatives generating approximately $500,000 per month in ingredient savings.
– Proven leader in operational turnarounds, employee development, food safety compliance, and building cultures centered around accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

COMPENSATION:
Targeting approximately $150,000 – $180,000 base, with flexibility based on the overall compensation package, incentive opportunity, relocation assistance, and cost of living.
