• 20+ years of management experience in food manufacturing, including food safety, sanitation, and continuous improvement.
• Expertise in managing manufacturing operations, molding, packaging, and sanitation departments.
• Skilled in implementing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvements.
• Experience managing teams of 60+ employees and multiple shifts.
• Proven success in enhancing productivity, reducing waste, and increasing throughput—e.g., boosting production from 600 to 1550 cases per day.
• Strong background in GMP, HACCP, FDA, USDA, SQF, and third-party auditing.
• Managed multi-million-dollar budgets and production volumes, with responsibilities for safety and quality compliance.
EDUCATION: MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business Management
COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $100,000-130,000 range depending on cost of living, scop of the role, and overall compensation package.
