– Production Manager

IN LOCATION: Based in Georgia. Willing to relocate anywhere and travel as needed.

PROFILE:
A dedicated Production Supervisor with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across meat, poultry, and dairy manufacturing environments. Brings hands-on expertise in production management, team leadership, quality assurance, and USDA-regulated operations. Experienced in overseeing fresh, cooked, marinated, and packaged protein products while maintaining strict compliance with SSOP, HACCP, and GMP standards. Known for optimizing production efficiency, strengthening safety performance, and building high-performing frontline teams. Ability to lead multi-shift operations, drive accountability, and improve throughput while maintaining strong food safety and quality standards.

SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
– 10+ years of production leadership in USDA-inspected meat and poultry facilities, with dairy operations experience.
– Trained, mentored, and led teams of up to 78 employees across kill floor, packaging, feed operations, and dairy production environments, while improving employee retention.
– Improved production efficiency through scheduling coordination, line balancing, and hands-on supervision of processing and packaging operations.
– Strong expertise in SSOP, HACCP, GMP compliance, and daily safety meeting facilitation.
– Experience with Cryovac packaging systems and fresh/cooked protein processing.
– Background in laboratory quality testing and feed analysis, strengthening understanding of raw material and ingredient controls.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS: B.S. in Agriculture, USDA Diploma, Texas Ag. Extension Services Recommendation

COMPENSATION: Base salary expectation in the $115,000 – $125,000 range depending on scope of responsibility, incentive structure, and cost of living.
